Steps to Create a Blog

Step 1: Go to the website http://www.blogger.com

Step 2: Create a blog by using gmail or google account. (For this step, if you don't have gmail, you need to register a google account by using your current email such as yahoo or hotmail).

Step 3: Choose your desire template for your blog

Step 4: Fill in the form provided and enter your desire url for your blog.

Step 5: Edit your profile.

Finish~~~

If you want to create new post just click the the button "New Post" on top of the right hand side of the page.

If you want to edit your profile, upload new photo for photograph, change the setting and design your blog, just click the button "dashboard".
